I agree with rotating the jobs more often. In terms of the release; for now I will continue taking only the kids that really want to be at the event. Being that it is on a Saturaday and the numbes are limited, we end up with a bunch of enthusiastic, interested students. This type of group makes for a more enjoyable day by all. Zach,

You can improve TIC by switching jobs more often so that more people get to try other jobs and different periods get to do something different. It would also be more entertaining if more people could go on the trout release and fly casting clinic because i think alot of kids would enjoy it because it is outdoors and it is just something fun to do especially if you have a boring weekend coming up I thought that TIC was a great idea.
